Agios Vlasios is one of the 24 villages of the mountain Pelion located on the central south side of the mountain looking at the waters of Pagasetic gulf.As most of the villages are mountainous,Ag Vlasios has a nice geographical position.Your distance from Volos,the capital of the county and a nice port is 15 km.The distance from the nearest sea is 6 km. The house is located at the northern part of the village and you can reach there by car from the main road and that s the easiest way. The main road to the house is about 150 meters distance and from parking place is about 50meters.The next 50 meters are steep cause there is a traditional road named "kalnterimi" that is usual in every village of Pelion mountain. Inside the village there is a square with a church,a shop mini market and some local coffee shops and the distance is about 10 minutes walk steep road or by car from main road again.I have to mention that all area is mountainous. Agios Vlasios at Pelion is for sure ideal for hiking and exploration on foot but if you want to make daily excursions to the sea or to next villages you ll need a car or at least you ll have to use the local transportation.
