My property is set in the heart of Whalley with a lovely view of Whalley Nab. The property has 3 double bedrooms a living room, dinning room, galley kitchen and utility room. There is parking at the rear of my property where guests can park. Within a 2 minute walk you are straight into the heart of the village where there are plenty of amenities for you to utilise. There are traditional pubs, wine bars and restaurants all on the door step. Whalley is a busy vibrant and friendly village, with lots of lovely walks nearby. This is a large Victorian Family size property with the rare luxury of a parking space at the rear of the property. Whalley is very popular with visitors cyclist and walkers which makes parking difficult. The living room has a wood burning fire and an open fire in the dining room. The yard garden has a sitting out area and is not over looked and is ideal for just sitting relaxing reading a book eating and drinking alfresco!! As well as the galley kitchen there is a utility room with washer and dryer which guests can utilise. And beyond the utility room is a study which can also be utilised by guests. Access to all living areas living room dining room kitchen utility study and yard garden. I will be there at the property in between work happy to chat share a cuppa or glass of wine or two. But will respect your privacy if you want your own space. There is a TV in both the living room and dining room so if you want to relax on your own and watch tv by the fire then that's fine too. I'm flexible easy going and want your stay to feel home from home. Whalley is a vibrant busy place with lots of bars and restaurants for you to try. There are also boutique shops and coffee shops all within a 2 minute walk. If you like walking or cycling there are plenty of walks around the area. I'm happy to point you in the right direction. There is a bus station right in the centre of whalley where the local buses will take you to Clitheroe the main market town which is a 10 minute bus ride away. Other bus service to Blackburn Accrington and Manchester can also be accessed in Whalley. The rail station is a 5 minute walk with a direct service to Clitheroe and a Manchester. Manchester by rail is an hours journey. Guests can utilise all kitchen facilities fridge freezer cooker oven etc, if you wish to cook that's fine. There is a dishwasher
