An easy, level walk to beaches, (100m to Tomakin Cove), the boat ramp and river, local Café and Tomakin Sports and Social Club. Located in the popular beachfront location of Sunpatch Parade, this 2 bedroom apartment is a comfortable, homely holiday retreat that backs onto Tomakin Cove. A short 1 - 2 minute stroll, via backyard access to Tomakin Cove, Tomakin Beach and Barlings Beach. This is a separate area with your own entrance and consists of kitchenette, lounge/dining, bathroom/laundry and 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds. An added bonus is the closed in verandah area where there is an extra lounge/sitting area. Cooking facilities include portable cooktop, slow cooker and microwave oven; a coffee machine is also provided; tea, coffee, sugar and other staples provided (oil, tomato sauce, salt and pepper etc). There is a lovely outdoor entertaining area for guests’ use, including a barbeque. Off street parking for 1 car is available. Smoking is permitted in the designated area near the back fence. Suitable for couples, singles and parent with a child aged 12 years or older; Guests have a separate entrance to their apartment via a path at the side of the house; There is off street parking available for 1 vehicle. Guests have sole access to the patio and shared access to the front and backyard. There is a local Club, a local cafe – The Rivermouth, which serves great coffee and food, Smokey Dan's Restaurant and bar (next to IGA) and an IGA supermarket and petrol station. The petrol station also sells takeaway food. Melville Point Lookout offers gorgeous views all up and down the coast. Accommodation is suitable for singles, couples or a parent with a child aged 12 years or older. Check-in/check-out times may be flexible with prior notification. There are basic supplies provided - Tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, salt & pepper, oil etc. The downstairs patio/entertaining area is for the sole use of paying guests however, the front and back yard are a shared space
