Sleeps 4, Twin Single Beds in bedroom plus two more in Pull-out Double bed in the lounge-cum-kitchnette area, Electric Shower & Toilet, Wardrobe + storage; Kitchenette with Electric Kettle, Toaster, Air-Fryer, Fridge-Freezer, Microwave, Electric Ceramic Cooker with Oven/Grill, Pans, Crockery & Cutlery, Fold-out Dining Table for 4; Living area with a Sofa for two, Settee-pull-out double bed, Freeview TV, Parking; Centrally heated + heaters. A self-contained flat sleeping up to 4 people in a 4-Bedroom Detached House in a very quiet cul-de-sac. The open plan kitchenette-lounge with a Settee-pull-out double bed leads to a small hall providing access to the bedroom and washroom. Besides the bedroom, you will have access to the washroom with toilet, shower and wash-basin along with a hair-dryer, ironing board and an iron. Please note that the toilet has an attached macerator pump which make a small noise. We therefore request guests not to dispose off any wet wipes, napkins in etc the flush as it will destroy the pump. Please use the toilet roll provided. Guests will have full access to their double bedroom, ensuite washroom, breakout room with a Sofa for two, Fold-out Dining Table to seat 4, LG 42" LCD TV (with freeview), Small kitchenette with Electric Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Fridge-Freezer, Filter Coffee-maker, Air-fryer, and a sink, sufficient for tea and coffee making facilities, heating and having microwaveable meals, and for having cereal breakfast. All above with sufficient crocket, cutlery, pots abs pans. With prior arrangement and for a charge, we can also provide a freshly cooked Indian curry meal. As much or as little as you wish! Sarita is self-employed and mostly home whilst Minkesh works full time. We'll leave it up to you to decide how much company you would like. Having lived in this area for last more than 20 years, we can offer local knowledge and give a few tips to go out and about, only if requested by the guests; if not, we will respect your need and preference for privacy. We live in a small cul-de-sac in a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We will really appreciate if you respect peoples' needs for solitude and peace. Please park safely on the street and please do not block neighbours' drives. There is a local pub just a little walk away. The city centre with a range of restaurants, pubs & clubs and nightime hotspots is about 3 miles away. Mumbles is another place just 5 miles away which caters to multiple culinary tastes, with pubs serving local ales and other delightful drinks. Then there is the famous Joe's Ice Cream with outlets in Swansea and Mumbles. We are about 3 miles from the Swansea Train Station and same distance from the Quadrant Bus Station. The local bus stop is just 3-4 mins walk from where you can get the local bus to the City Centre. Cab fare to the City Centre is approx £6-7. Nearest airports are Cardiff (49 miles) and (Bristol 90 miles). We are located at a very short driving distances to Beaches & Bays such as Swansea, Mumbles, Langland, Caswell (2-6 miles), Three Cliffs, Oxwich, Port Eynon and World famous Rhossili (10-18 miles), Parks (Singleton, Cwmdonkin, Brynmill & Clyne with in 2-4 miles), Dan Yr Ogof National Showcaves (22 miles), Brecon Beacons National Park (47 miles), Pembrey and Margam Country Parks (16 & 19 miles). Ideal location for a couple of nights stay on way to West Wales attractions like National Botanical Gardens, Oakwood Theme Park, Tenby, Cardigan and historic city of St David's.
