The Annex

Large, modern, self-contained guest suite with living area and shower room. Patio doors front and rear. Balcony at the front with great views overlooking the local woodland. Ample parking available. Access to large and highly unique garden. Note that there is no stair guard available, so this space is not suitable for young children. There is a double bed in the sleeping area and the futon in the lounge area easily converts to an additional double bed. Guest have the entire Annex to themselves. We live on site and we are available to help with any questions you may have. Conveniently located in the charming village of Perranarworthal. Close to the A39, within easy access of Falmouth, Truro, Mylor and the North coast. A minutes walk from the historic Norway Inn pub and close to the popular Royal Oak. Buses to Truro and Falmouth stop within 3 minutes walk away. Perranwell station is 20 minutes walk away, with regular trains to Truro and Falmouth. We only accept bookings for guests that have recommendations from previous AirBnB hosts on their AirBnB account.
