Pickup/drop to Cardiff events- Approx 20 mins away

Not far from the coast, 20 mins drive away from City Centre. Approximately 6 miles from Central Cardiff, including Millennium Stadium & concert venues with pick-up/drop off to concerts available. (Pick up from venues up to 1.30am). Local village pub/restaurant approx 1 mile away. Sleeps upto 4 (Double bed+sofa bed). Suitable also for anyone working in the area. A cosy living space, great for overnight stays for venues and anyone working in the area. The chalet is small and cosy and comprises of a small dining/TV area, leading to a kitchen galley that houses a fridge, oven/hob, microwave and sink unit with hot and cold running water. It has a separate bedroom area with a double bed for two persons. Sofa in the living room will easily convert to double sofa bed for two people to share (if 4 people staying overnight for venues). There is a separate shower area as well as separate toilet/wash room. The chalet is south-facing with a paved apex at the front and has a retractable awning to maintain shade from the sun. Chalet is within walking distance of Wales National Coastal path and protected bird conservation area. Often rare birds have been sighted and the area is of particular interest to birdwatchers. Pinewood Studio Wales is approx 1 mile away. Nice country pubs/restaurants in locality. Garden that chalet is situated in is currently a work in progress. NB. Will accommodate up to a max of 4 if staying overnight for venues in Cardiff but more suitable for two persons based on area space available. Free parking with private access, breakfast cereals, milk, tea and coffee. Clean towels and bedding. Shampoo and soap. Sofa pulls out into double bed in living room space. Guests have own access via a sliding gate. In week days, road can get busy with commuters using road nearby as a back road into Cardiff. The chalet is totally self contained within the grounds of the hosts' property. It has its own separate gated access to the main road with off road secure parking. Interaction will be at a minimum or as required, depending on guests' needs. Can be a busy farming area. Within walking distance of Wales' National Coastal path and bird wetlands/conservation area. Local pubs with restaurants nearby. Approx 2 miles from Peterstone Golf club with several other golf clubs close by. There is no public transport, however the hosts are happy to drop-off/pick up guests when/if attending any concerts/events being held at the City Centre. The gardens on both sides of the chalet are presently being landscaped and restructured (although no work will be undertaken whilst guests stay). The chalet is small- 16ft 5 by 16ft 5. It would be comfortable space for 2 adults; 2 adults with 2 small children ;2 adults or or 3 adults on their own. Chalet will sleep 4 adults but would probably be a tight squeeze if all 4 adults wanting to lounge around in daytime. It's okay for four adults if just using it to stay overnight for events in Cardiff and to sleep and have breakfast. Road can be busy in weekdays with people using it as a back road to commute into Cardiff. Chalet is very insulated with minimal sound intrusion. *NB Relating to a previous negative review about the toilet macerator being noisy. This has been fixed and there should be no noise from the macerator that will interfere with guests' stay.
