The kitchen is well resourced with an American Fridge Freezer, dishwasher and large electric range cooker and microwave.. The lounge has a feature fireplace, Alexa and tv with sky freeview. There is a full dining room which will seat 11 comfortably. Downstairs there is also a full shower room. Upstairs the property has a bedroom with two singles, a medium bedroom with a small double and a single and two master bedrooms with king size beds and an additional single in each. All rooms have ample storage space, two rooms have sea views and two rooms have hillside views. There is also a large bathroom with bath and a small balcony with glass balustrade and sea views to enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine on. The gardens are stunning and always commented on by guests. The garden contains a fully lit pavillion with outdoor dining area and deck into which is built the hot tub. They are beautifully maintained with various seating areas and the property has ample parking. Well behaved pets are welcome. The whole property and gardens are available for guests and the property has ample space to park on the quiet street next to the property The property owners are easily contacted by phone and email. With the addition of a new retail park which is in walking distance of the property have come many national chains. There is a large Tesco supermarket also in walking distance. Prestatyn high street has recently won the award for Welsh High street of the yeat with boutique shops and independent businesses as well as some high street names.
