A short and quiet walk or bike ride in the immediate suburbs of Treviso in a place with remarkable natural and historical values. The ALZAIEs are overhanging over a dirt road from where long-stringed caravans dragged the burcons (freight forwarders) to traverse the river. Starting point is the Garibaldi riviera, in the center of Treviso, on the bridge "Sile and Cagnan compels", a famous Dante's verse of the Divine Comedy. The Sile makes many loops and the environment becomes more fascinating. This section is very popular for walks, jogging and bicycling. Possibility to rent bicycles on IV November and electric boat at Casier for a beautiful ride in the Sile River. At certain times of the year, with the Silis motorbike, take a variety of excursions, including Venice and its islands. We are about 3 km from Treviso station, departing every 20 minutes to VENICE. The journey takes about 30 minutes and the cost of the ticket starts at € 3.35 per way.
