Lovely private accommodation, breakfast included

You will enjoy our home for its comfort, calm and brightness. Our fully equipped room (with bathroom, shower and WC) is perfect for couples or solo travelers who will appreciate the tranquility of the countryside while remaining very close to all conveniences. French Breakfast is included. It is located at 5 mn from the center of the lovely town of "Orvault Bourg" and at 40 mn from the Atlantic coast and its ressorts (Pornic, Pornichet, Guerande,La Baule...). The house located in a wide garden. It is an old mansion of the seventeenth century, renovated to contemporary taste, with the stamp of the time. You can enjoy the quiet of the garden to relax. The area offers nice walks in the countryside. Please note that the accommodation is in the countryside, the nearest bus station is 1.5 km far (bus line 79). A mean of transportation could be useful to rejoin us. You will also find within 15 minutes: - The Atlantis shopping center - The Orvault-grand val shopping center - The Beaujoire activity area - The area of the "Petit-Port" and the Universities (skating rink, swimming pool, nautical activities ...). Travelers have access to the room (separate with private access), the parking and the garden. We can advise you on walks to do, and conveniences of the area. Meals can be taken in the kitchen, in a friendly atmosphere, or in the room, for a more private ambience. The house is located in a charmant small hamlet. The rural character of the neighborhood is an asset for peace and nature lovers. Near the town but sit in a privileged and quiet environment, in the Nantes countryside and in the middle of farms and forest protected areas. The village (and all its little shops) and the public transports (bus lines: 79 and 89) are at 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bicycle and 30 minutes by foot. Shopping centers and Tram stations (T2 and T3 lines) are at a 7 minute drive. We have two children (20 and 15 years old). The bathroom has toilets and a spa shower. Access to the bedroom on the ground floor is directly from the garden with private access. We offer french breakfast: hot drink, fruit juice, bread, butter and jam are available. A boiler and instant drinks are also made available in the room. You can have your meals in the bedroom or in the kitchen , as you wish This accommodation is not suitable for children under 2 years (no specific security). Depending on the influx of our visitors, it is possible that the linens provided is not ironed (however, it will be clean, fresh and the bed will be made). We would appreciate we do not hold it against in this case.
