Chy Kornella
Chy Kornella is a modern and newly decorated home, situated a 10 minute walk from Perranporth beach - a perfect place for sandcastle building; the waves are good for surfing, and there are breathtaking views from the clifftop along the coast path. Perranporth has a family-friendly village with a good range of shops, restaurants and pubs. It is also a great location from which to explore the rest of Cornwall. The large welcoming hallway has a cloakroom (WC and basin) and space for coats and shoes. The stylish kitchen/diner has been fitted with gloss finish units, wood effect flooring, a table and four chairs, and is fully equipped with gas oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The sitting room is comfortably furnished with a sofa and armchair and satellite TV. Patio doors open to a good-sized level lawned garden, a lovely place to sit out and enjoy the evening sun with a glass of something chilled after a busy day at the beach! A back gate leads to the driveway. Upstairs, two bedrooms sleep four. The master bedroom, with views to the dunes and rugby field, is furnished with a king-sized bed (5'), wardrobe and a wall-mounted freeview TV. An en-suite shower room is fitted with a large shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom two has a zip and link bed which can be made up as either two small singles (2'6” each) or a king-sized bed (5') on request. The family bathroom comprises a shower over the bath, heated towel rail, WC and basin. Pets will be considered on an individual basis and must be kept off the furniture. Heated by gas central heating, and fully double glazed, Chy Kornella is a comfortable and attractive home with Wifi and parking on the driveway for two cars. You will have sole access to the whole house, garden and off-road parking for 2 cars. I am staying with my parents, which is about 10 minutes away. I can be contacted by phone and email, but I will leave you in peace unless you need me. The house is set in a friendly neighbourhood with a short walk to Perranporth beach, shops, bars and restaurants. You may want a car if you want to go sightseeing, but everything you need is in easy walking distance. For a shortcut to the beach/village, turn right out of the front door. Walk until you see some steps on the left, go down the steps and turn left onto the footpath. At the end of the path, turn left and then left again onto Station Road. Keep walking towards Co-op, you can then head to the dunes by going right past Co-op or left to the main beach. The path is a little uneven (tricky, but doable with a pushchair)and muddy if it’s been raining, but it’s less brutal than Liskey Hill. Bin collection is weekly on a Monday and recycling is fortnightly also on a Monday.
