The Villa is located in Spoltore (Pe), 6 km from the center of Pescara and the sea, about 10 minutes by car. The house is divided into two apartments of about 350 sqm each, rent the apartment located on the ground floor and first floor, while the upper apartment is owned. The house consists of large entrance hall, study / reception, 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, living room and kitchen. The garden is well-equipped with a beautiful swimming pool 12mt x 6 mt. The apartment in Villa is placed on 2 floors connected by a marble internal staircase. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and television. There are of course the sheets and the towels provided. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and tableware and dishwasher, oven, microwave, fireplace. Guests have access to all the places in the apartment (except a storage room and cellar) to the garden and pool, which will of course also be shared with the owners. My presence will be discreet, I am available for any of your needs regarding your stay, I can recommend places to visit or places to taste the great food and wine products of our land. I have my own wine shop in the center of Pescara so I am an expert in wines and good eating! The Villa is 6 km from the center of Pescara and from the sea, so you should use your own car to move around. The bus stop for Pescara is 100 mt and buses go about every 15 minutes (but it is recommended only for the day). We may also offer a shuttle service. The Villa also has its own large garden and is immersed in the countryside, but very close to the center of the village and all the necessary services. The villa is definitely a place of relaxation and peace close to the city and the sea.
