This property is a true slice of paradise located in South Golden Beach, just 15 min north to Byron Bay, 5 min to Brunswick Heads, 10 min across the freeway to Mullumbimby and 30 minutes south of the Gold Coast, 60 minutes to the theme parks. A unique stretch of sand in some of the most beautiful and quiet beaches on the coast. This property boast's all the mod cons one would wish for a luxurious getaway with friends or family. . This Townhouse was built 2 years ago, fitted with all modern amenities and furnishings. All 3 bedrooms have built in wardrobes while the Master Bedroom has a walk in robe, en-suite, hair dyer and styling appliances. The second bedroom house's a double bed whist bedroom 3 has a day bed which creates 2 comfortable single beds. This room can easily fit a cot which can be provided. The property's second Bathroom has a bath for taking time out listening to the waves and tropical birds. (Magnesium salts are provided). Natural Shampoo/Conditioner and body wash is supplied including Beach and bath towels. Washer/dryer and clothes line facilities are available downstairs. The Kitchen is stacked with everything from Espresso machine, juicer, blenders sandwich maker and even a soda stream to make entertaining a breeze for friends and family. Ground floor level is fully set up to enjoy your BBQ in tropical garden surrounds including hammock, fridge, dart board and comfortable out door furniture. Upstairs you will find a modern tranquil living area with smart t.v, separate dining as well a study area for those wanting to balance their holiday with working from home. This floor also contains a beautiful adjacent shaded balcony and Bose portable speaker to enjoy some chilled tunes to compliment the setting. We have a no pet policy but if you have a fury family member that you can't leave home without, please contact me so we can discuss as we sometimes make exceptions for small house trained breeds. As this is a Beach property you will find an outdoor shower, beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach, picnic basket,beach racquet ball, esky, body boards, and Malibu Surfboard. We have also provided yoga mats and foam rollers to stretch out post those long walks. This property stays cool on the hottest day with ocean breeze's and Air-conditioner in the main living area, ceilings fans in every room and a portable fan for downstairs next to BBQ area. for your holiday comfort. As your host I am here to help. I personally do not live on or near the property, however I reside in Mullumbimby and therefore only 10 minutes away. I am available if any problems or question arise. I will always do my utmost to make your stay as relaxing and leisurely as possible. I can be contacted through the bnb website listing and will generally respond within the hour. "Mrs Birdy" cafe/food store is located just 5 minutes walk away and 15 minutes walk to the adjacent New Brighten Beach where you will find Yum Yum Cafe/General store and Post Office. Also the magnificent Farmers Markets that run every Tuesday is a unique opportunity to taste the region's local fresh organic produce. Pushbikes are provided with many bike paths to explore this stunning area....ride to Brunswick Heads/shops at Ocean Shores and much more.
