Private home on smallholding Double with en-suite

Private double room (4.6 bed) with en-suite on my working smallholding there are chickens and cockerels that do start crowing early in the morning . i don't do breakfast but there is a fridge and micro wave kettle cups plates etc, local pub across the road that usually serves food . Easy access to Poole / Swanage and the Jurassic Coast of Dorset. Upton Heath Nature Reserve within easy walking distance. Handy for the ferry to France ,Jersey ,Guernsey. this is my home on a working smallholding not a hotel so please expect a friendly home environment with animals nearby ( i have a dog as well as the horses cat and chickens ). your pet is welcome but not on the bed there is a fridge outside the room for your use you will have a private fridge/microwave out side your room, you can park in front of the house on the drive i run my tack shop from a outbuilding on site so am around through out the day usually Corfe Mullen is a village between Poole and Wimborne my house is 100 yards from local pub that serves food and 300 yards from upton heath and the wild life center used by spring watch on tv parking available on site 1/2 mile from bus stop cockerels in the morning, en-suite plumbing is via a macerator, there is a small yard next door that sometimes starts work at 7.30 in the morning
