Nightcliff Studio near beach with resort pool

This lovely studio has high ceilings and sliding doors, and is set amid the ambience of a peaceful neighbourhood. Walking distance to Nightcliff beach and numerous local amenities. The Nightcliff Studio has a massive, spacious bedroom with stunning ensuite. It is separate from the main house with your own entrance, a comfortable queen size bed with quality linen and extra pillows for your comfort. A self-serve light breakfast is included with the room. The private patio is the perfect place to relax with a coffee or cool drink and listen to the local bird life and cascading water feature. Enjoy the sea breeze surrounded by a tropical garden. The space has three sliding doors to let in the sea breeze and an overhead ceiling fan and air conditioner to chill things down on those hot balmy nights. There is a bar fridge with a freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave oven and coffee machine for your convenience. It is also equipped with cutlery, crockery, glasses, coffee cups, an iron and ironing board. There is also salt and pepper, and complimentary breakfast condiments, cereal, snacks, tea, coffee and milk. There's also a flat screen TV and DVD player so you can enjoy free-to-air channels, Netflix or a DVD. A HDMI cord will also let you hook up your own device. The resort style pool is right outside your door with a large umbrella for shade and lounges to relax. There's free on street parking at the front of the property. Nightcliff Studio is within walking distance of the Nightcliff jetty, supermarkets, post office, cafes, restaurants, public transport. Watch a tropical sunset over the water, relax in the numerous picnic areas or sit and enjoy a coffee or local cuisine beside the ocean. The property consists of a spacious house and the studio is located towards the back. It is closed off from the main house and has it's own doorway with a shared entrance through the front gate and carport. You have the entire spacious studio, stunning ensuite, and a secluded patio that opens into a private back garden shaded by a beautiful mango tree and home to a wide array of stunning birds and wildlife. The only shared space is the gorgeous resort style pool and spa. Nightcliff is a popular and beautiful Northern suburb of Darwin, which is home to numerous Darwin families, and comes to life with festivals, food vans, concerts and other festivities throughout the year. Along the foreshore there is also a cafe with a view of the ocean and a public swimming pool. If you make it to the end of the path you can enjoy a cold beer at the Beachfront Hotel and watch the storms roll in across the waves, or the vibrant sun melt into them. Darwin is a casual, active city with year round sunshine and heat. If you enjoy being active there are lots of bike paths and walking paths to get you to where you need to go. If you prefer to sit back and relax there is a bus stop 2 minutes from our door and buses that will take you to wherever you need to go. Darwin is very easy to navigate by car, has very little traffic and is completely flat, which makes it perfect for two or four wheels. Parking is easy with lots of free options, as well as paid parking in the city and at the Waterfront Precinct. We have an old, extremely friendly dog at the front of the house. He does not have access to the pool or back garden.
