KIM's Flower house 에 오신 것을 환영합니다! - KIM’S FLOWER HOUSE는 정원이 아름답게 가꿔진 2층짜리 주택으로, 넓은 테라스와 별도의 출입문이 갖춰진 2층 전체공간을 사용하실 수 있습니다 - 2개의 방에는 더블침대와 슈퍼싱글 침대가 준비되어 있으며, 화장대, 옷걸이, 붙박이 장도 사용 가능합니다. - 주방에는 취사가 가능하도록 냉장고, 전자렌지 등 각종 주방기구가 마련되어 있으며, 세탁기도 설치되어 있어 계시는 동안 편리하게 지내실 수 있습니다. -실내에서 인터넷과 와이파이를 무료로 이용 가능하며, 화초와 분재로 가득한 넓은 2층 테라스 정원을 독점적으로 이용하실 수 있습니다. - 삼성서울병원이 도보5분, 지하철 3호선 대청역이 도보 10분 거리에 있으며, 강남과 잠실 인근지역의 주요명소(코엑스, 롯데월드, SRT수서역)로의 접근성이 좋으며, 대치동 학원가가 대중교통 10분 거리에 있습니다. - 한적한 주택가에 위치해 있어 조용하고 쾌적한 반면, 가까운 거리에 각종 먹거리가 많은 먹자골목과 편의점, 마트 등 생활편의시설이 밀집해있어 이용에 매우 편리합니다. - 1층에는 공동 호스트인 제 부모님 김씨부부가 살고 있으며, 한국어 이외에 영어와 일본어 소통이 가능합니다! Welcome to KIM’S FLOWER HOUSE!   - KIM’S FLOWER HOUSE is a beautifully gardened, two-story house. Guests have access to the entire 2nd floor and surrounding property. - The space has recently been refurbished to whole new. - In the 2 bedrooms, the extra bedding is provided in addition to to the existing 2 beds. So are the dressing table, the hangers, and the built-in closet. - In the kitchen, you can conveniently make full use of the fridge, the gas range, the cookware, the tableware, and the washing machine. -Free wifi is available. -You can enjoy 2nd floor terrace full of flowers and plants. Perfect outdoor place for a cup of tea or beer! - Subway line no.3 Daecheong Station and Samsung Seoul Hospital is within 5 to 10 minute walking distance. Easy access to the landmarks around Gangnam and Jamsil area – COEX, LOTTE WORLD, GARAK MARKET, OLYMPIC PARK, SUSEO SRT STATION. - The neighborhood is nice and quiet, while you can easily access a variety of eateries and bars around on foot. -My parents and the hosts, Kims live on the 1st floor. Mr. Kim speaks basic English and Japanese. We are happy to give advice or answer questions to help you make the most of your stay. 숙박 이용정원은 3명이며, 예약인원을 초과한 인원의 입주는 이를 금지합니다. 게스트께서는 차량 1대를 무료로 주차할 수 있습니다. We can accommodate maximum 3 people(1 double bed and 1 super single bed ). Others except reserved personnel are not permitted to get in the residence. A guest can park 1 car for free of charge. 문의사항이나 궁금하신 점은 언제든 호스트를 찾아주시고 체크아웃하실 때 꼭 전화나 메시지로 연락 부탁 드립니다. Please holler the host on any inquiries and requests. SRT 수서역과 대청역에서 가깝습니다. * 수서역에서는 대중교통 이용시, 다음 정거장인 삼성병원 후문앞에서 하차, 3~4분 이내에 숙소가 있으며, * 지하철 3호선 대청역에서는 도보로 10분 정도 소요, 5번 출구에서 마을버스(5번)를 타고 일원 1동 주민센타 앞에서 하차하면, 3분 거리에 있습니다. 장기투숙시, 테라스 청소 및 화초 관리로 인해 호스트가 가끔 출입할 수 있으니 양해 부탁드립니다. (출입 시간은 미리 게스트와 상의합니다) 애완견 대동, 파티 등으로 인한 과도한 소음 노출은 금지됨을 양지하여 주시기바랍니다. 일체의 영상물 촬영을 목적으로 한 입실은 금지되며, 발견 시 퇴실조치 될 수 있음을 양해 바랍니다. For long term residential guests, we ask for your understanding that the host may have to get access to the terrace to water the plants and flowers time to time. We will discuss with you about the time in advance. Please refrain from accompanying pets, having a noisy party and filming any kinds of videos. We may ask you to leave on such cases.
