Typical Salento's house, close to the amazing historic center of Presicce, vivacious small town of Salento..."one of the most beautiful villages in Italy"...only 5 mins from the sea! My flat is located on the first floor of an old building recently renovated, near the oldtown of Presicce, lively village of Salento inserted into the circuit "I borghi più belli d'Italia", famous for its historic center an "Frantoi ipogei", in a strategic position to reach the most beautiful beaches of the Ionian Sea. The House, characterized by the scenic star vault, is ideal for 4 people and is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning, washing machine and free wifi; it consists of an equipped kitchen/living room, bathroom with shower, a spacious bedroom set on two levels, with a double bed on the lower level and two single beds or one double bed in the raised area. Free parking is availaible on the street, very nearby a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, local wine shop, bars, restaurants, and others shops. Due to its proximity to the SS 274 and the coastal road, the house is strategically located to easily reach the most famous tourist sites of Salento: The nearest beach is that of Lido Marini at 8 km far from the apartment, Torre Pali, Maldive del Salento, Pescoluse and Torre Vado at 10 km far , Torre Mozza and Torre S. Giovanni at 9 km. Santa Maria di Leuca is at 15 km, Gallipoli at 30 km, Otranto at 50 km, Lecce at 70 Km, Brindisi airport at 100 km.
