Near Mudeford Quay with great breakfast included!

Just a short stroll to Mudeford Quay and Avon beach is my little house, in a peaceful area of Christchurch. My spare room is a lovely space for a short break to this amazing part of the country. I provide a buffet breakfast of fresh coffee/latte/cappuccino, cereals, croissants, toast, fresh fruit, yoghurt, local jams, marmalade and honey, juice and tea. Plenty to set you up for a day of exploring this beautiful part of the Dorset coast. (Website hidden by Airbnb) My home is modern and you will have use of the shared bathroom and kitchen. I have a little garden too which you will have use of if you wish. There is a desk in the room in case you need to catch up with work (hopefully not! 😬) I have storage in the garage if you have any equipment that needs storing. I have a little dog who is very friendly and doesn’t shed hair (photo of Ted in the gallery) The back garden is a great space to relax and being south facing is a lovely sun trap. I am working from home at the minute and I spend my days off at the quay and beach but will be available for part of the day to help with planning your days out. There are so many beautiful places to explore it's difficult to know where to start describing the area! I am on the outskirts of the New Forest, yet a short stroll to the sea. A walk up the coast brings you to Highcliffe Castle, or the ferry at Mudeford quay takes you over to Hengistbury Head with the most amazing views of the area. A 10 min drive or 30 min walk brings you to the centre of Christchurch, and a 25 min drive takes you to Bournemouth. The nearest train station is either Christchurch or Hinton Admiral and there are good bus routes within a 2 min walk. There is a communal parking area which can be used by guests.
