Double bed easy access to the airport and city

The bedroom is quite spacious and comfortable. We are about 15min walking from the Donabate train station. It takes about 20min to get to Connolly Station (city centre) by train-from Donabate. The estate is located in front of the beautiful Newbridge park and farmhouse. It takes around 30min walk to get to the Donabate beach. Supermarket (SuperValu’s) at about 15 mins from the house. Airport at about 15min driving(Taxi: About €20-25) This is a lovely area full of beautiful spots to explore. - All common areas are shared. Bedroom, Bathroom and kitchen (mostly to prepare sandwiches or use the fridge). Cooking is not allowed. I am really keen to interact with guest. Always available to give tips and relevant information to make the guest experience as pleasant as possible while with us. Donabate is a very quiet village with many nature attractions. Everything you need is in a walkable🚶‍♀️ distance (about 15min). The village is quiet and the community very friendly and welcoming. About 15 min drive 🚘 from the airport ✈️ About 20 min by train 🚊 to city centre 🌃 About 15min walking 🚶‍♀️ to the train station About 30 min walking to the beach 🏖 About 15 min walking to the supermarket, restaurants and other shops 🛒 About 5 min walking to the park 🌲 🌳 Once the book is confirmed I’ll share all the information needed to get around. It is not allowed to use the kitchen to cook. You’ll have access to the fridge and can use facilities to prepare sandwiches or any other snacks.
