Located just outside the town of Flippin, Arkansas, guests are only five miles from a Wal-Mart Supercenter, three miles from the Marion County Airport, and just a few minutes from restaurants, parks, and coffee shops. A paved county road leads down to the home, which sits behind a privacy gate providing even more peace and quiet in a country setting. The recently renovated 2,700 square foot three bedroom, two bath home is situated between the stretch of river known as Tucker Shoals and Wildcat Shoals and only eight miles downstream from Bull Shoals Dam - arguably the best section of the river for both numbers and quality of fish. There is plenty of parking for your boat as well as a nearby private launch ramp. If you don't have your own boat, or aren't experienced on the river, we recommend hiring a guide for a day of fishing on the river. Or, bring your tackle and try your hand fishing from the bank. While relaxing off the water, it's common to see wild turkey, whitetail deer, bald eagles, blue heron, geese, and other wildlife both on the river and in the spring-fed pasture. Canoeing and kayaking are popular activities along the river as well. If lake fishing is more your style, Bull Shoals Lake is only a 15 minute drive away where you can rent boats for fun or sport at the local marina. The lake is home to large-mouth bass, white bass, crappie, and walleye. You will find our home is perfect for your family or friends, whether you are looking to fish or fellowship in the outdoors! The large outdoor deck is where you will want to spend all your time! Grill or fry your catch of the day in the covered outdoor kitchen, which has plenty of seating for everyone. Enjoy some yummy s'mores or watch the river go by on a chilly Ozark evening as you unwind around the firepit on the oversized deck. If the weather turns bad, head inside this beautiful home and relax in front of a cozy fire, watch your favorite movies on one of three televisions, play board games, or enjoy a game of darts with friends in the downstairs living area.
