Winter weather info: Guests who will be arriving at the farm in the dark/ in winter time who aren't keen on navigating in low light should bring a torch to find your way to the hut as the path to it is unlit. This is because we have an abundance of rare wildlife on the farm including bats and owls (which you will likely see) which need the dark to be best able to hunt for their dinner. This is not a big commercial accommodation site - we have a small number (4) of unique hideaways none of which are within site or sound of one another. Peace, privacy and relaxation is the vibe we're going for. If it is icy on the farm road in the winter months park at the bottom of the hill (unless you're in a 4x4, in which case 1st gear, foot down!) If you have little kiddies call us as we're more than happy to help you up the hill with your gear if you're struggling. The hut The barn WC with toilet and sink. There will always be someone about on the farm to ask any questions you might have. My elderly retired farming parents live at the farm so with covid in mind - please do not attempt to find us/ knock on at the farm house as they are shielding. Give us a call and we will answer questions/come and meet you to resolve any queries. No question too small - we want you to have a fabulous time so do contact us any time, day or night if you need help. WALKS: There are tonnes of amazing walks straight from the farm.
