It is an ideal holiday location for a family reunion, cousinade, friends, sports clubs or other ... At the foot of the Arbizon you will discover the mountain in all its forms and in all seasons. Go for unforgettable hikes to discover the forgotten village of Ousten, the village of Aulon and its Angora goats or the village of barns Urgue or bike to the mythical passes of the Tour de France, the Ancizan hike, Aspin pass, Azet or Peyresourde, Tourmalet or Portet ... taste the water through various activities, fishing, whitewater, canyon ... or even air with a baptism or an introductory course ... not to mention the change of scenery guaranteed with Spain 30 minutes ... The house consists of 3 levels, including: - Ground floor: Entrance street side, 1 toilet, 1 spacious fully equipped kitchen, 1 adjoining pantry with 1 large fridge, 1 freezer cabinet, 1 washing machine and 1 dryer, 1 large dining room overlooking a terrace of 30 m² approximately and a garden of 200 m² with pool and 1 lounge / fireplace overlooking another terrace of 15 m² and another garden of 80 m². - 1st floor: 1 bedroom (queen size bed - 160x200) overlooking a large bathroom, shower, double sink and 1 separate toilet, 1 reading area / library. Space with 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 mezzanine (access ladder) with 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with bunk double and single (140x200 and 90x200) and 1 mezzanine (ladder access) with 1 single bed, 1 bathroom (shower and washbasin) and 1 WC. - 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms with double bed (140x190), 1 bedroom with queen size bed (160x200), 1 bathroom (bath and double sink) and 1 toilet. Mountain views from all rooms - 2 private parking spaces in front of the house (unless heavy snow) and 1 municipal parking at 30 m - very quiet location. Before your arrival, a precise inventory, an inventory and rules of procedure will be provided to respect the rental which has just been completely renovated. The hiring is available according to the periods, to the weekend (2 nights minimum) and during the school holidays we privilege a minimum urée 7 days. The linen is provided: sheets, duvet covers, towels and tea towels. The cleaning fee is 250 euros. Deposit € 2000 to be paid on arrival (including € 500 in cash) refundable, unless damaged, within 15 days of stay.
