Vacation home with pool (max. 12 people)

Cévenne ardéchoise, in Joannas, 25 km from Aubenas, near the gorges of Beaume, at the foot of the mountain range of Tanargue, all shops in Largentière (7 km), character house built on the hill, with a large terrace overlooking the valley and the village, a courtyard, beautiful garden, offering up to 12 beds. - a big living room, a study/bedroom with two single bed, - a big fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), - 2 bathrooms - 2 WC - 3 bedrooms with a 160 cm bed in each and 2 bedrooms avec four 90 cm beds - an extra bed in a passage room without a window - If necessary, child equipment : bed, children's chair, baby bath... - Possible heating : 15 € par jour – Wood is provided free for the stove in the living room. - 10 euros extra for the presence of a dog IMPORTANT : we rent the house per week (s) from Saturday to Saturday.
