This semi-detached house on three floors, surrounded by woods and meadows, lies in the beautiful landscape on the border between the Belluno Dolomites and the Trentino Dolomites, 24 km from Feltre and 21 km from Castello Tesino. The house is located in a small mountain village, San Donato, which is reached by crossing a narrow and winding road of 8 km in the middle of the woods. From the house you can leave for excursions on foot or by mountain bike following the "tesino bike" trails. Nearby there are several cycle paths including the Monaco - Venice cycle path. In Lamon (8 km) there is a bicycle and e-bike rental. The offer for ski lovers is very wide: at 20 km the Lagorai with Brocon pass where to practice downhill skiing, snowboarding - snowpark and alpine skiing; at 20 km the area of ​​Monte Avena. During the summer, canyoning is practiced in the valley and the nearby lakes (Corlo at 20 km) offer the opportunity to practice water sports such as windsurfing, sailing and kitesurfing. Do not miss the visit to the various caves that characterize this area (Grotta dell'Acqua Nera, Caves of San Donato and the Caves of Castel Tesino). The house is also an excellent starting point for cultural historical itineraries: Vicenza and Treviso 85 km, Belluno 55 km, Venice 120 km.
