Freeway to Frankfurt/Mainz/Wiesbaden 5 minutes by car, Frankfurt airport 15 minutes by car. The flat is 92 sqm [990 sqft] big, has an open design and is equipped with everything you might need for your stay. It is structured into a big sleeping room (Boxspring double bed) and living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, an additional lavatory, a big kitchen and a terrace with view into the green. A mattress is available for a third guest. A spacious laundry cellar (including washing machine and tumble drier), as well as a storeroom are also available for you. If you would like to book this accommodation for longer than six months, please leave us a message. For now, we do not allow to bring pets, but in special cases it might be possible to arrange this with us. Normally, guests can park directly in front of our front gate free of charge. Due to road renovation from March to November 2022, this is unfortunately not possible during this time, as the house is not accessible by car. We as hosts do live in the same duplex house, but the flats are completely independent, and you have an additional entrance to the guest-flat. We are available for questions, suggestions and problems. We are happy to recommend you restaurants and destinations in the surrounding area. Different shopping facilities are in direct proximity and are easy to reach by car, bike or by foot. Supermarkets, bakery and pharmacy are in 500 m to 1 km [0.3-0.6 miles] distance. Some other shopping facilities, as well as Cafés and Restaurants are also available in the city center, which is only 700 m [0.4 miles] from the accommodation. There is a playground and sports club close by, the public indoor- and outdoor swimming pool as well as the theatre is 1 km [0.6 miles] away. The train station of Rüsselsheim is in 5 min walking distance and provides the opportunity to take a train to Mainz/Wiesbaden every 30 min or to Frankfurt Airport/City center every 15 min. In addition, there is a bus terminal at the train station, which services the closer surrounding of Rüsselsheim. A parking slot is available directly at the accommodation, with the car you can reach the on-ramp within 5 min and are able to reach all surrounding major cities and destinations of your choice.
