Il Fienile, country house

Independent little house stone built in a 1700 villa property, with a small private garden and a large tiled courtyard (common olny to the Portico apartment). Is composed of a sitting room with open kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. The apartment is small (olny 45 squared meters), but fully equipped, confortable also for long stays. The outside area is composed of a little private garden surronded by edge for an exclusive use and a large tiled courtyard common olny to the Portico apartment. In a separate courtyard there is a pool above ground with professional sand filter and a solarium space, wich use is common to Portico and Tower of the doves's guests. I'm on the site every day. Poreta, the village is very small and usually very quite. The position is great to reach the main sites of Umbria region ( southern Tuscany and northern Lazio too ) and at the same time enjoy the peace of the countryside . Around here there are numerous trails that meander in the countryside , in the olive groves, in the pine woods . Also nearby is the bike trail Spoleto - Assisi and we are providing our guests bicycles to travel it . Main distances by car (car is recomended!): Spoleto 10 minutes Montefalco, Bevagna, Spello 20 minutes Assisi, Marmore waterfalls 30 minutes Todi, Norcia, Cascia, 45 minutes Orvieto, Castelluccio, Trasimeno Lake, Viterbo, 1 hour Arezzo, Siena, Rome, Tirrenian or Adriatic sea, 1 hour 30 minutes Florence 2 hours and 30 minutes You can reach us by car (recomended). By train (up to Spoleto and Campello sul Clitunno stations; they lie along the trail Rome - Ancona). Once in the station by my lift or the public bus. One bus stop is just 50 meters from our house, but the bus routes are very few. Mayor airports are in Rome, the nearest is in Perugia.
