Charming house of character located 5 minutes from Chartres A wing of an old charming farmhouse (1820) independent, on the ground floor not overlooked of 37m ². Consisting of : - 1 living room with shower room and WC - 1 room giving onto a gravelled and private courtyard of 10m². The old enhanced with modern touches. The living room is composed of a sitting area with 2 leather armchairs, a television and a coffee table. This part is delimited by an island and contains a refrigerator, a washing machine, a gas stove, a microwave, a coffee machine and a toaster. The sanitary block contains a shower, a sink and the toilet. The bedroom has a double bed with a door leading to a private enclosed courtyard (table and chairs outside) A closet with storage and ironing board is at your disposal. Your personal digital welcome booklet will be sent to you upon validation of your reservation. You will find all the useful information for your stay as well as the services we offer. The plus is the quality of the household linen included in the rental (sheet - cover - towel - bath mat and tea towel) You can also take advantage of concierge services such as: cleaning during your stay, early or late arrival, late departure, luggage storage service. You have access to the entire housing. Arrivals are from 15h. We will welcome you in person. You are located in Lèves, a small town near Chartres. Close to shops, bakery, pastry, tobacco and 5 minutes drive from Chartres. You can easily find a parking space in the street in front of the apartment, the spaces are free. You will also find a bus stop 300 meters away that will take you to the center of Chartres.
