Guests can enjoy the impeccably designed apartment with a residents' pool and gym. Whether you're travelling for business or leisure, this stylish apartment offers walk-to-everywhere convenience in a peaceful harbourside enclave. Stylishly presented, it enjoys access to excellent on-site facilities, along with the light rail and cafes at its doorstep. Designed with open plan living and dining, the apartment has recently-refreshed interiors creating a plush home away from home. The living area has a comfortable sofa with smart TV, replete with Foxtel, Netflix and YouTube. There is high-speed WiFi throughout the apartment and powerful reverse cycle air conditioning and heating to keep you cool in summer and cosy during winter. Enjoy a meal at home thanks to the modern, well-equipped kitchen. It has an oven, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There's a breakfast bar with high stool seating and a table on the balcony, where you can take in neighbourhood views towards The Star. In the evenings retreat to your comfortable bedroom. It is fitted with a double bed, topped with hotel-quality linens and has ample storage for your belongings. A clean and modern bathroom includes a spacious shower, toilet, basin and storage area, and is stocked with boutique ethical toiletries for use during your stay. There is an internal cleverly concealed laundry with a washer and dryer. Guests have access to the residents' gym, which includes up-to-date quality equipment. There is a gorgeous indoor pool with an adjoining outdoor suntanning area set among lush gardens. The building also features a tranquil garden area with plenty of grass, fountains, plants and nature to relax in. The apartment does not come with a dedicated car space. There is paid street parking on the surrounding streets. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. Please make yourself at home! I like to let guests enjoy their stay in private so am typically not around in person during guest stays. That being said, I am always contactable and responsive via the Airbnb app or by phone. The waterfront suburb of Pyrmont combines heritage streetscapes with notable dining and entertainment. Footsteps to Darling Harbour, it is an excellent base for exploring the harbour Sydney. The neighbourhood offers lovely waterfront parks, cliff top walking trails and interesting architecture. It’s also home to the world-famous Sydney Fish Market, located on the harbour at Blackwattle Bay. Head here for your fill of fresh seafood and iconic views. Or eat your way through The Star’s signature restaurants including Sokyo, Momofuku Seiōbo and Black Bar and Grill. - The 389 bus that goes directly into the City and then on to Bondi Beach is just a 3 minute walk - Uber to the CBD, Kings Cross etc around $10 - $20 - Uber or Taxi to Bondi Beach around $30 - Uber or Taxi available close by at The Star Casino or on the main street just a few mins walk from our terrace - The Light Rail is about a 4 minute walk and this will take you directly to Central Station where you can jump on a train anywhere! - Walk to our famous Sydney Fish Market in under 10mins. - Walk to the stunning Star Casino in under 5mins Please read and respect the house rules. We use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen and this is already includes as part of your clean fee’ Any extra linen requests during your stay comes at an additional charge + delivery. ~ 2nd Bed Option ~ If you book for 2 people but require the use of the 2nd bed, there will be an additional charge of $29 for this extra linen. Please let us know at the time of booking ~Parking~ The apartment does not come with a dedicated car space. There is paid street parking on the surround streets. They are restricted to 2 or 4 hours between 8am - 8pm everyday.
