20 Minutes to the City

20 minutes to the city by bus or train. 3 city bus routes and the train stop are 5 minutes away. Free parking and Wi -Fi. A pub, grocery store, fast food are 3 minutes away. The store is open 7am to 9pm, tea, coffee, sandwiches, hot food is sold until 3:00 pm. Restaurants are 15 minutes walk. The beach and St Annes Park are 20 minutes walk. The house is not suitable for working from home. It's best for guests to be out working or exploring Dublin then come home to a comfortable place. Quiet, clean, bright and comfortable . Double bedroom for 1 or 2 with 2 single beds, towels, shower mat and extra blankets. There is a table, chair, wardrobe, bedside locker and a lamp. The shower has instant hot water. Guests can use the kitchen for microwave, grill and oven cooking and store drinks and food in the fridge. Smoking is allowed in the back garden but not in the house. The bathroom is shared with other Airbnb guests. The Beachcomber pub is a great to have a Guinness and cooks wonderful food at good prices and is nearby. The Orange Goat serves a tasty breakfast and lunch. Insomnia serves great coffee, breakfast and lunch. Walk in Saint Anne's Park and admire the diverse plant life. Take a walk on the beach and see a great view of South Dublin and Howth. The fishing villages Howth and Malahide are twenty minutes drive from the house and are accessible on the metro. The coast is twenty minutes walk or two stops on the metro. It's best to get a taxi from the airport to the house. The cost is €20 and the journey is 20 minutes. If you are more than 1 guest the cost is almost the same as the bus. If you want to get the bus take the 747 from the airport to the city then get the H1 or H2 or H3 bus . Get off the bus at stop 532 Howth Road Brookwood Avenue. The stops are displayed on the bus. The house is 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. The bus only accepts coins - the cost is €3. The journey is 25 minutes. You can get the Dart train from the city to the house. Go to Tara Street Station and get the Dart to Harmonstown station. The train station is 5 minutes from the house. Rather than using cash a Leap card bus and train ticket is available in the airport Travel Information Desk in Terminal 1 Arrivals. Leap cards can be used on all public transport. I do not charge for cleaning. If you have a shower please clean the shower and wash the cups if you have tea or coffee. Please remember an Airbnb house is not a hotel. The cost is half or a third the price of a hotel because the services are not the same. The only people allowed in the house are Airbnb guests.
