Rustic old farm

Characteristic old farmhouse located in a village of 19 manors. The farm has been completed renovated in the last 10 years giving it a very personal touch. You can really get back in touch with yourself in this very quiet corner of France. You are surrounded by endless grasslands filled with cows, forests and rivers. Here, nature rules and man adapts. The farm offers a variety of things to do. There is a very big library of films, books (also English) and games (both for in- and outside). But of course the real magic is outside. You can chill next to the campfire place and roast some marshmallows. Take the lounge chairs and chill on the terrace next to the house. If you are lucky there will be plenty of fresh fruits to collect. The veranda is just about the most romantic place to have a candle light dinner and drink good wine till the small hours. Really a small piece of heaved located right the centre of France! The only thing non accessible is the shed located across from the house. There will be no-one to welcome you, but I am 100% accessible via phone. Around the farm you can find some pretty interesting stuff. - Old towns like Bourganeuf, Peyrat le Chateau and Eymoutiers give a really nice historic vibe to your stay. Visit old castles, churches and archaeological sites that sometimes date to the Roman era. - The biggest artificial lake in France is located just around the corner, plenty of opportunity to fish, swim or sail. - There is plenty possibility to use your mountainbike here, plenty of tracks, even for the most experienced bikers! The only way to reach the farm is by car. The nearest busstop is at 2 hours walking. We hope to welcome independent tenants. There is no one on arrival and no one on departure to help you. We therefore ask you to leave the farm the way you have found it so that the tenants after you also have a pleasant stay. In this way, we can keep the price low and make optimal use of the space. For each reservation, 1 set of bed sheets per bed and 1 towel per person is taken into account. If you want to change this more often you have to arrange this yourself (washing machine, detergent and dryer available).
