Beach Staycation Executive Luxury Condo has an 180° panoramic view of the glistening Indian Ocean and Colombo's developing coastline. The apartment is an approximate 15 minute journey to downtown Colombo and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The apartment building offers access to the gym, and also a rooftop pool - as well as 24/7 security. Our two-bedroom, three beds sea-view apartment is fully furnished and is cleaned by a professional service weekly. please note it's 3 beds. King Queen & Single. Kitchen is fully kitted with the equipment needed to cook a home-cooked meal, including kettle, toaster, coffee machine, pans and ample cutlery. There is ample storage space for clothes and accessories and all beds are designed to store full-sized suitcases underneath to ensure a seamless home-away-from-home experience (we don't believe in living out of a suitcase while traveling). All of the furniture is hand-crafted raw Teak done by a local carpenter in Galle, the South of Sri Lanka (please help us to maintain his beautiful craftsmanship by using the coasters provided!). An essentials amenity basket will be provided upon arrival, including, washing detergent, toothpaste, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper & towels. If there are any additional requests we can of course surely provide them. Travel by Tuk Tuk or Taxi, we recommend Uber. Beach is a 2 min walk away. Self Check-in. Lavinia neighborhood is peacefully quiet on the weekdays and depending on the occasion there is always the buzz of music to be heard in local restaurants and bars on the weekends. We are situated a 10 minute walk away from a local supermarket, and anywhere can be reached by tuk-tuk or Uber (we recommend downloading or using Uber in Colombo, every ride costs approximately 4 pounds). Download or use Uber! When using a tuk-tuk be sure that the driver has the meter turned on otherwise you will be charged double the actual price. Sri Lanka is rich with unique opportunities to explore, from the North to the South. To do so there are multiple modes of transport with varying prices and durations. Once you arrive we will be happy to explain to you the best ways to get around and also offer a booklet with all of the places we recommend to visit and also dine at.
