INTERIOR: The cottage is one level with views of the water across the front of the cottage from 4 sliding glass doors. It has hardwood floors throughout the living room, dining room and bedrooms. The livingroom has 2 sliding doors that open onto the deck, 2 comfortable sofas, a woodstove, TV, and a bar. The dining room comfortably seats 8 with a walkout to a waterside screened-in Muskoka room. The large bright kitchen has plenty of counter space, updated cabinets, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and breakfast counter with three stools to enjoy your morning coffee. There is filtered drinking water including UV system in kitchen and bathrooms. All three bedrooms are conveniently accessed through a French door, and offer privacy from the rest of the cottage, and have overhead ceiling fans and closets. The master bedroom boasts a queen size four poster pine bed, his and her closets, and a view/walkout to the water. The guest room has a large feel with windows on 2 walls. Third bedroom has matching twin beds. The Bunkie has a new bunk bed and mattresses (single over double). There are 2 full bathrooms; one with step-in shower/seat and granite vanity. The second bathroom has a full tub and shower vanity and toilet. The basement has a large capacity washer, dryer and laundry tub.
