Total villa area 250 sq. m, land plot 450 sq.m., private swimming pool: 35 sq. m, roof top lounge/sala with BBQ. All bedrooms, living room and kitchen have separate air conditioning and lighting. Spacious open space living and dining area: sofa, flat screen satellite TV, DVD, free Wi-Fi Fully equipped European style kitchen: fridge, stove, oven, dish washer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. Cookware set: pots, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Bedrooms: King size bed, built-in wardrobes, dressing table, mirror and en-suite bathroom with jaccuzi, shower and toilet in Master bedroom with private entrance. Second bedroom: twin beds, built-in wardrobe. Bathroom with expanded bathtub suitable for babies bathing.
