This wonderful holiday home Ruby can be found in a small, friendly village surrounded by vineyards, on the touristic Champagne route near Bar- sur - Aube. Enjoy the heated pool, the sauna and the local champagne. Ground floor: You enter the holiday home via the fully equipped kitchen with seating area. The modern living room has two sofas, a TV and a large wooden table with comfortable chairs. Various games are available. 1st floor: The two bedrooms each have a double bed, a TV and a private bathroom with a toilet. One bathroom has an Italian shower and the other has a hot tub. On the landing is a separate toilet. A cot and highchair are available on request. Outside: From the living room you have access to a large private terrace and a heated pool (8 x 4m). The 100 m2 terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, gas BBQ, parasols and a sun shower. There are three bikes for adults, two for children and two folding bicycles. For relaxation there is an adjoining relaxation area with a sauna, a lounge and a separate toilet. And you will get access to the wine cellar, where you will find a selection of local wines and champagne (at very low rates) to make your stay extra special. Highlights include the amusement park Nigloland at 10 km and the Charles de Gaulle Memorial at 22 km, a museum dedicated to the life and work of General de Gaulle. The owner will gladly take you on a discovery tour (for two hours) by 4x4 off-road vehicle to vineyards, wine tasting is available on request.
