The Edge is a beautiful, modern, ground floor apartment situated on a quiet residential street less than 5 minutes walk from the high street with bars, restaurants and shops and only 7min walk from the stunning West Harbour and Tolcarne Beaches. The Edge is within easy walking reach of Newquay Zoo (7min), SW coast path (5 min), Blue Reef Aquarium (14min), Newquay Harbour (20min) and the world famous Fistral Beach (30min). It has two bedrooms and would make an ideal holiday stay for families. The apartment has been newly refurbished and provides spacious, comfortable living spaces in close proximity to Newquay’s amenities and beaches and would be an ideal holiday stay for families. It has a large open plan living / dining area with fully fitted kitchen, double and twin bedrooms and family bathroom. It also has two private terrace areas as well as access to a communal garden. The main living space includes two comfy sofas, 42inch flat screen TV, BT fibre broadband, dining area for four plus access to the main terrace with external dining area. The fitted kitchen includes a sink, oven, hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Kitchenware including cookware and condiments (tea, coffee etc) are provided. Both bedrooms are light and airy. The main bedroom has a king size bed and access to one of the terraces, and the second bedroom has two singles. There is plenty of storage space and 100% Eygyptian cotton bedlinen is provided. The bathroom has a wc, basin and shower over bath. Towels and basic toiletries are included. There is also a cupboard with washer / drier as well as washing lines in the communal garden. The property is on the ground floor and is accessed via a short communal corridor. The apartment has its own private parking space to the rear and additional street parking can be found nearby. It is also ideally located for Newquay train station (0.2miles away) for those without a car. Beaches, attractions and shops within Newquay can be accessed on foot. The nearest supermarkets are Aldi and Asda which can be accessed on foot (0.3 and 0.4miles away) and there is a Morrison's on the edge of Newquay (1.3miles away). Available for questions via AirBnB, text, phone, email … The apartment does not allow pets or smoking and hen/stag party bookings are not taken. A high chair is provided for younger children as well as plastic kitchenware. There is level access to the apartment from the front of the block via an undercover walkway. From the parking area it is sloped access with approx 5 steps. Internally the apartment is fairly spacious, but the bathroom would not be suitable for someone permanently in a wheelchair as the space in front of the toilet is fairly narrow. The apartment is part of a block with permanent residents so noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm, especially if sat outside, out of consideration to the neighbours.
