Large open plan living and dining with fully equipped kitchen makes entertaining easy, or one can sit or eat outside in the covered alfresco area. There is a microwave, coffee machine,as well as washing machine and a dryer for your use . The house is well equipped with everything you should need for your stay from linen including beach towels, picnic rug, books, cooking utensils, washer & dryer, coffee machine, hair dryer and basic toiletries. The house has all brand new furniture and furnishings for you to enjoy and is very clean. As soon as you enter the house you will feel relaxed and calm. The train station is a few minutes walk and the next stop will take you into the heart of the Joondalup shopping & restaurant precinct. All of the house is available and completely private We are available via the Airbnb app or mobile so please don’t hesitate to get in contact if you have any questions or concerns Walk to Currumbine train station and the next stop will be Joondalup which has a major shopping centre and restaurant precinct, or continue straight on into Leederville or the city. The beach is 5 minutes drive with lots of parks and reserves surrounding the house. There is a carport available for you to use as well as street parking . The train station is in short walking distance.
