Brisbane City is just 39 Km and the Gold Coast just 40 Km from Redland Bay. Kangaroos and Koalas roam free and live in the wild here in our neighbourhood. Redland Bay in Redland City is a beautiful surburb right on the bay and yet just 39 Km away from Brisbane City. With beautiful sea breezes, the ocean is just 10 minutes walk away. With bike tracks and walking path there are lots to explore (bicycles provided). 10 mins walking distance to Coffee shops, post office, eateries, gym and grocery store. Very close to a variety of restaurants, movie cinemas and Victoria Point Shopping Mall. 3 minutes walk to the bus stop to Brisbane City and Cleveland Train Station is easily accessible just 15 minutes on the bus. HOUSE RULES: 1. There is a $400 security deposit you will receive this back when you leave, if there is no damage to my property. This includes a $100 house key security deposit, when you receive your keys, your $100 will be returned to you when you return the keys. Do not place the house keys under mats or anywhere on my property, all keys must be handed back to the host or the co-host upon departure. 2. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or on my property, strictly non-smokers only. 3. Strictly Female guests only 4.
