Villa Lavande is one of our bigger houses. With its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is an ideal accommodation for a stay with family or friends. The house is surrounded by a large garden with a small covered terrace. It is one of the houses of the small villapark of Grand Aveneau - a cozy park in Vasles, a few minutes' walk from the Golf Course of Les Forges. During your stay you can enjoy the facilities of the park, such as the playground, and the communal swimming pool. The spacious entrence hall brings you to the cozy living with open kitchen. The three pairs of French doors allow you to seamlessly bind the inside and the outside. The kitchen is fully equiped with all apliances a modern company needs on their holiday. Enjoy wonderfull diners at the big wooden table. In the hallway you will also find the entrence to the laundry room, with the washing machine and the tumbler dryer. There is also a downstairs toilet. On the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms, al with boxsprings, and two bathrooms. The garden is big and furnished with chairs, a table, a bench, and sunbeds. Our houses are located in Vasles- 'le mouton village' and Les Forges, known for its enormous 27-hole golf course. Here, on the border of Deux Sèvrès and the Vienne, you will find the real France, with its beautiful landscape, rustic villages, brocantes and original restaurant. Here, you may still have to wait for a flock of sheep to cross the road, or you may just see birds of prey, deer or wild boar. There are numerous excursions and activities to undertake. The gently undulating landscape can be explored on foot or by bike. You can enjoy old cities like Poitiers, Parthenay and Niort, take a trip to the Marais, go horseback riding, visit the Roman Ruins of Sanxay, take the kids to the world famous Futuroscope. Golfers will enjoy the 27-hole golf course of Les Forges, which is located a few minutes from your house. There are even children's clinics here. And even a day at the beach is possible: after a beautiful drive of just over an hour, you will find your feet in the water at the Atlantic coast near La Rochelle. So there is plenty of choice: In your villa you will find extensive information about all possible excursions in the area, as well as cycling and walking routes.
