Country Retreat on the edge of Barossa Valley

Heritage home at the edge of the Barossa Valley (wine region) in the township of Mt.Pleasant with rural land behind which has sheep,cattle and an Alpaca in our paddock. We have an oval close, walking distance to chemist, local pubs, bakeries, butchers and coffee shop. We have the best farmers market every Saturday Morning at the oval complex. Some of our land adjoining Mount Pleasant oval complex can be available for people with horses involved in equestrian events. Our place is quiet and has a beautiful outlook onto the property. There is an extra TV room with a game console...another space for the children to chill out, or parents retreat Guest can email through airbnb Mount pleasant is a quiet little town with about 950 people, about an hour from Adelaide, 40mins to The quaint little german township called Hahndorf, 30mins to the historic river town of Mannum, home of the first paddle steamers, we have lots of wineries within a 45min radius of us and a lovely Farmers market every Saturday Morning where you can get the best cooked breakfast. You will need your own car, but if you would like to do a wine tour around the Barossa Valley you can book a Mini Bus, they pick you up from the house and do the round trip for a price. The house has rainwater throughout, if you prefer mains water we will turn the meter on before your arrival. If you wish to use the fire pit or the wood fire pizza oven, wood will be available for one use each, you are very welcome to bring extra wood if required.
