Calling all Digital Nomads, PCS Military, Traveling Workers, Weekend Getawayers! Welcome, to Patriot's Place JAX! Built in 1961 and enjoys that “old house” charm with modern day updates. Right across the street from NAS JAX and central to everything. This renovated gem provides plenty of space for the whole group to spread out or spend time together. Fold in the technology, smart home elements, and voice concierge, and you will love your experience here. IF YOU HAVE A REQUEST, PLEASE ASK The Essentials: Patriot’s Place JAX will sleep 7 comfortably and up to 8, when mission critical. There is plenty of Wifi to go around to your devices and ours (try out some of the smart home features) Smart Locks, Smart Thermostat, Smart Lights, Smart Sensors, and of course... Alexa as your voice concierge. The Kitchen and Dining space are separate but functional for whatever your group size and needs. The kitchen was renovated in 2019 and is fully outfitted to cook while entertaining your group in this flex space. We have complimentary liquid freedom (go juice-coffee) and also feature Black Rifle Coffee (Veteran /USA Made). Smart TVs in the Living Room, and all Bedroom with access to all your favorite subscription services. There is Xfinity cable in the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Bring any of your online media subscriptions with you to stay entertained in your down time. Both bathrooms were renovated in 2019. Master Bath has a walk in shower and the hall bath features the original deep cast iron soaking tub perfect to relax in. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotions provided for your stay. You will have full access to the livable and usable space of the home. Please do not access locked supply closet in Garage that is also video monitored. Please do not access attic or roof. We do not rent out individual rooms or stay in the house during your stay. Our goal is to ensure your stay in Jacksonville is a great memory regardless of the reason for your trip. But, we also believe our guests will be on grander missions that do not necessitate our interference. Because of this, we have enlisted Alexa, an in-home Voice Concierge to help with recommendations if you find yourself in need. Josh and Megan want to be available in the event something does not go according to the original mission plan. We want to be you’re contingency as needed to ensure a pleasant stay. Our goal is to ensure you have a five star stay We believe, open communication is the key to this success. Please remember that you're staying in a short-term rental, not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. However, no one lives on site 24/7. Come enjoy what living near Jacksonville's very own Naval Air Station is all about. From Revielle that sounds every morning, to Taps every evening. You will feel immersed in what being a true patriot is all about! One of the greatest things can be the sound of freedom thundering through the skies. But we also understand that some do not enjoy that. Please understand, we are across the street from a Naval Air Station. This comes with it’s fair share of noise. We have yet to have a guest express any concern about excessive noise and will gladly update this if this ever changes. There is also a private park in the neighborhood and only contains traffic that serves the small population of the neighborhood. Just ask Alexa. Also, you will find maps to help locate specific areas. For special events, sports, and bar hopping in JAX, Uber is your friend. Peak traffic times are typically 6-8 am and 3-6 pm during the week. Make sure to plan accordingly because base traffic is significant during these peak times. There are 2 entrances to this neighborhood in the event 1 gets blocked due to the railroad. Take a right out of the neighborhood and Interstate 295 interchange is about 2 miles away. We believe in enjoying the journey no matter the reason for, nor the destination of, the travel. We do our best to add to the experience by offering a clean and functional space, with amazing design, smart home functionality, the necessities for a short stay and that little extra touch to round off the experience.
