Broughty Ferry is in a beautiful location on the banks of the River Tay and Castle Apartment is just metres from the sandy beach where you can stroll for miles and may even spot some dolphins. This spacious flat has 3 king-size bedrooms; a comfy living room with dining table; a kitchen with all you need and a bath/shower room. There is a sunny garden to the rear with patio dining area and a lovely park within a 2-minute walk. There are lots of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants close by too. The flat has its own front door that is accessed from the rear garden via a flight of stairs. I am routinely available at most times of the day and night for any guest communications, advice on local amenities and tips for places to eat or drink. Broughty Ferry is a friendly community with lovely walks, beaches and a great selection of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs all within a short walk of the flat. There is a large family-friendly park on the doorstep and the 500-year old Broughty Ferry Castle is just a couple of minutes walk away.
