Character 1930's seaside cottage by the sea. Set in tranquil 1/2 acre garden,walk to the beach down driveway. One bedroom (2 singles/king), self contained cottage. Full kitchen, bathroom, laundry and off street parking. Double sofa bed in lounge. The cottage is totally self contained with a kitchen,lounge, bedroom and separate bathroom. There is a large veranda at the front of the cottage that gets the afternoon sun, a great spot to relax with a glass of wine. You can walk to the beach down a private drive way for an early morning stroll or swim. Full access to cottage which is a separate dwelling There is the lovely Waiake Beach at the end of the drive with a small island called the Tor ( ie the Tor of Torbay). if you walk another 20 minutes north you will be at beautiful Long Bay Region Park, which is a marine reserve, with a 1km long beach and reserve with the old historic Vaughan's Homestead, mountain bike trails and walking/running tracks. Torbay Village is just a short 10 minute walk away with shops, doctors,dentist,bank restaurants,takeaways and cafes. The is a bus stop at the end of the street to get transport into Auckland and local Albany shopping center (large shopping mall with cinema)
