This wonderful estate lies in the heart of the Chianti region. It's located in a superb spot, between vineyards, olive trees and the forest, surrounded by nature, yet 10 minutes from Greve and Panzano in Chianti. The estate consists of 2 houses, a larger villa with 6 bedrooms, a smaller cottage with 2 bedrooms and a studio with one bedroom. The Villa and the Cottage also have living areas and kitchen. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. A beautiful private large pool (15x6m) is available for the guests, as well as a gym and hammam. There is a third building, the barn, where the laundry is located on ground floor while on first floor there will be 2 staff members who will take care of the Estate. The villa was built centuries ago with the typical Tuscan country style, outside walls made with stones and interior walls finished with plaster. There are many french doors opening to the surrounding garden as well as numerous windows across the house making it a property full of natural light. There are 2 large double bedrooms on ground floor and 4 more bedrooms, two of which configured as twin, on first floor of the main villa. The cottage hosts 2 more additional bedrooms, a twin and a double. The Studio hosts one more additional bedroom. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning units. The outdoors are amazing, well manicured lawns all around the property, flower beds, gravel, stone floors and a wonderful pool. There is a well equipped air conditioned gym with a few machines and a relaxing steam bath. Guests have access to all areas of the estate except a few storage rooms and the first floor of the barn. I will be your host, welcoming you at check-in. The villa, called Case al Prato, belongs to the Vignamaggio Estate, a XIV Century large villa located near the estate which offers all sorts of wine tours, tennis, massages, a very good restaurant and additional accommodations. I will be available to arrange any extra service such as private transfers, guided tour of the major Tuscan cities such as Florence, Siena, Lucca or Pisa, bike tours, activities, cooking classes and in villa meals. Chianti is one of the most popular wine regions in the world. It offers the opportunity of wine tasting as well as any other activity locally or in the nearby regions such as Val d'Orcia, the coast or Florence and Siena. Greve and Panzano in Chianti, the closest towns, are both 10 minutes drive. Florence is approximately 45 minutes drive, as well as Siena. The villa can be rented up to 6, 8 and 9 bedrooms with different pricing. check in from 3.00 p.m to 7. pm - check out by 10.00 a.m.
