The Annex @ Greenacres

Our self contained Annex is well equipped for one night stays or longer relaxing breaks. The accommodation features a fully fitted kitchen with washer dryer, walk in shower and bath tub, for that long soak! Our rural setting will give you a peaceful nights sleep in the double bed and the spacious lounge leads into the conservatory which has views of our large garden and the beautiful Somerset countryside and some spectacular sunsets. We strongly recommend a car as we are in a rural setting. The annex entrance is to the side of the white house. Our rural setting will ensure you have a restful nights sleep and being completely contained the space is yours. We have a large garden, with mature trees and shrubs with a seating area and plenty of loungers and chairs, so you can enjoy the countryside from different aspects of the garden. Please feel free to enjoy our garden. We have off street parking spaces. We have a key safe entrance and we can be available if pre arranged. Our annex is self catering. Our home is situated in the beautiful Chew Valley which is perfect for walkers, cyclists, fishermen and holiday makers, as we're only a 30min drive from Bristol Airport. We are conveniently located for Bath, Bristol and Wells. We are also very lucky to be just 70 yards from The Carpenters Arms public house, which is a quaint pub that serves some fantastic food and beers. As we are rural, a car is essential but once you're here we do have some beautiful walks. We have off street parking. As our Annex is self catering we do supply a complimentary continental style breakfast for the first 3 days booked of your stay. We strongly recommend use of a car as we are a 25 minute walk to public transport.
