Entire Yurt. Weston super Mare. Somerset. Hot Tub This luxury yurt is set on a local village farm in Hutton. Ideal romantic vacation for two in the UK. Dog friendly Pub & walks. Seaside town of W.s.M with it’s stunning beach and promenade nearby. Glamping at it’s best with your own private secure garden, Time to unwind in the beautiful surrounding countryside of the Mendip hills. Your Yurt has all the feeling of outdoor living with full amenities and wood burning stove. Nr Bristol, Bath, Wells Welcome to Walnut Barn Holiday Cottages and Glamping Orchard View Yurt Staying in this beautifully presented yurt gives you a rare and - so often nowadays - hard to come by the opportunity to have a secret and secluded location all to yourselves and nature. No one overlooks you here, in the fields below the treeline where the Mendip Hills dip down to the West Somerset coast. The magic of this very special experience includes a Hot Tub. Orchard View Yurt has the sense of an oasis. The Yurt and its hot tub sit in a fully enclosed garden. which you will only ever share with the visiting birds high up above on the thermals above the ridge of the valley. A perfect spot for drinking in the Dark Skies. The whole area leading up into the Mendips is not only one of the UK's Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, but the farmstead itself is a Site of Special Scientific Interest. This means that the countryside here is unspoiled. The adventure starts when you park up your car and load your belongings into a field cart. We then transfer you to your Yurt with our Electric Golf Buggy. The route to the yurt takes you on a short drive, gently uphill through a historic orchard - in the autumn the trees are laden with delicious apples. Down in the village, just a short stroll away, there is a village pub The Old Inn, and a Chinese takeaway. For a change of scenery, you can set off to the long sandy beach at Weston-Super-Mare just three miles away at the bottom of the valley where you can look across the sea to the tiny wildlife islands of Flatholm and Steepholm. The Victorian pier and the long promenade are great for strolling on a warm summer's day or even on a blustery out-of-season one to blow the cobwebs away! Or you can head up into the Mendip Hills and take in the incredible panoramic views right across the Somerset Levels, or climb the trails up to the top of the famous Cheddar Gorge and the less well-known but equally stunning Ebbor Gorge.
