The breathtaking backdrop can be enjoyed through floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts and the roof terrace offers spectacular 360-degree views of the Schlei, the Baltic Sea and the marina. The Baltic Sea is only a bathing ladder away and the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort can be reached on foot. In the dark season, underfloor heating and saunas provide comfort, because the wellness program must not be missing on board. In addition to the harbor cinema, the Smart TV with home entertainment program provides entertainment ... What do you want sea? The floating house extends over three levels. The open-plan living and dining area with all-round water views, fully equipped kitchen and adjoining terrace with east orientation is located on the upper floor towards the harbor entrance. This invites you to barbecue evenings together. From here you can access the spectacular roof terrace with a view of the sailing and sports boat harbor, the loop and its mouth into the Baltic Sea. Equipped with a beach chair, there is a holiday feeling with breathtaking sunsets. The relaxation area of the house is on the ground floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and sauna. The master bedroom scores with a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window through which the beautiful water scenery and dreamlike sunrises can be observed. Highlight: the surrounding terrace directly adjacent to the bedroom. Of course, the view of the sea and swans swimming past also falls when having a sauna or brushing your teeth. If you want to travel by boat, you've come to the right place. There is a private berth with shore power and water directly at the house. A private car parking space is located directly on the jetty.
