Beach House with a view

180 degrees unobstructed panoramic view, wonderful typical 1960 family holiday home with laid back beach house vibes, in a quiet street. Ideal for a holiday with family or friends or sundowners and a BBQ on the patio till the sun sets over the sea. The Buffelsbay swimming beach, which is within walking distance is a gem on the garden route. Safe swimming, surfing and body boarding, as well as kayak and SUP and walks along the vast sandy beaches. Rus-en-Roes, is a family holiday home that is rented out to holiday goers throughout the year. The main part of the house was build in the 1960, recently renovated and refurbished, and offers an open plan area, with a lounge, dining area and lovely well equipped, kitchen, overlooking the ocean and opens up to an outside braai. The sleeping rooms, a main bedroom with queen size bed and two rooms with two single beds each, have crispy white linen, bath and beach towels. There is a cleaning service at an extra cost. The house has a basic laundry, outdoor braai and a Weber, as well as secure storage for bicycles and surfboards. The whole main house - three bedrooms, kitchen, patio and open plan area, is for your exclusive use. Other rooms will be locked and not for use during your stay. The main house comprises of 3 bedrooms, a main bedroom, and two twin bedrooms, full bathroom, extra toilet and wash basin and an outdoor shower. We live in nearby Belvidere estate. We are available on our mobile phones if guests need anything. Buffelsbay, a small tranquil coastal holiday destination, is situated between the towns of Sedgefield and Knysna on the Garden Route coastline of South Africa, inside the Goukamma Marine and Coastal Reserve. It only consists of 199 houses and a shop / restaurant complex. The Beach Restaurant close by for basic amenities and food and cold drinks, with the buzz of Knysna & Plett is a mere 20-30 minutes drive away. The Farmers Market in Sedgefield every Saturday is a must visit. There are many taxi operators in and around Knysna, but no public transport is available.
