Separate bedroom area with full size Bed with full bathroom. Desk available for work or school or just to read after a long day. Private area and we will not disturb you if you do not wish to disturb. Off street parking is right In front of your entrance in the driveway. We ask that you please be careful when consuming liquids and food in the living room and bedroom. The most important thing to note from the manual is the no-smoking rule inside the unit. Unfortunately, we need to add fees for the following items if stained or lost: 2 - To replace a hand towel (stained or lost): $9.00 USD 3 - To replace a bath towel (stained or lost): $13.00 USD 4 - To replace the sheet set (stained or lost): $40.00 USD (even if only one piece of the set is damaged or lost, we need to replace the full set). 5 - Special cases will be dealt with one by one. There is no smoking in the house. If you smoke please do so outside on the porch. Vents are connected to the house so we will be able to smell the smoke. If it is found you have smoked inside the home we will charge an additional $200 to cover extra cleaning. In our backyard we do have a Rottweiler, although friendly if you happen to come to the back this is not your entrance. Do not go past the fence. The entrance is the front door. I am available by text at any time. My husband works full time. I am home most days as I am a stay at home mom And can be of assistance. From time to time you may hear our family. We do have toddlers living in the house so you may be able to hear them as the guest suite is attached to the home. ****** There is currently construction going on between our cross streets***** Some streets have been closed and detours have been provided. We are about a 8 minute drive from the Ontario airport and are in close proximity to the Ontario mills and Montclair mall. We are located approx. 3 miles from the convention center, a short 5-7 min drive. Walmart is a short 5 minute drive from us along with an Edwards Movie theater. Circle K is walking distance for any late night cravings. Downtown upland is a few streets up from us and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and a lively night life for you to enjoy. Uber and Lyft are available and are usually a 5-7 minute wait. Train station is 1 mile away. Bus station is approx. 500 ft away from the unit. Best way to get around is by car
