The Garden Coach House has flexible accommodation. In this listing you will be staying in the entire house with a very lovely large studio upstairs and a large double bedroom downstairs. The entire Coach House can accommodate up to THREE adults + ONE child + ONE infant (provided that two adults are sharing the double bed and parents bring a travelling cot for the infant) The Studio area can accommodate up to TWO Adults + ONE child + ONE infant (provided the adults are sharing the double bed and parents bring a travelling cot for the infant). We can provide a single bed for the child. The Studio area has a full kitchen (electric 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, new under counter larder fridge with freezer compartment, and new dishwasher), dining area, sitting area with Sofa Bed and sleeping area with Double Bed. Downstairs is the shower room and separate WC and a washer/dryer machine, iron and ironing board. The large double bedroom is downstairs with a double bed and has underfloor heating. We offer free off road parking in front of our house. Guest can come and go at their leisure without disturbing our family. We are a friendly family and provide a warm welcome to our guests. We offer a welcome pack with information on local attractions and a list of restaurants on Trip Advisor. We are available for help about local restaurants, supermarkets and tourist attractions if you wish. Set in the town centre of Sevenoaks, the property is a short walk from the railway station and only few steps away from cafes, restaurants, markets and the wonderful trails in the Deer Park. Historic National Trust and English Heritage homes and castles are only a short drive away. London can be reached with ease using the frequent rail services. This house is in the perfect location. The town centre is only 3 minutes walking distance. The railway station to London is only 5 minutes walking distance. We offer a lovely Continental Breakfast in our house for an extra £15 per person. We can set up a traditional single fold up bed with mattress and slats for children. This is also available for adults see below. Please request. Parents need to bring a travel cot for Infants (up to 2 yrs). If only two adults stay in the Studio and do not want to share the double bed there is the option for one adult to use the single fold up bed. We do not recommend using the single fold up bed for stays more than two or three days. Please request. Please also note that our standard cleaning fee £65 is only applicable to stays of up to seven days. Requests for longer stays will have the cleaning fee quoted based on the length of stay.
