[Room B] Room for one in Tebet

the room is located in the second floor of our house using a private stairs. There is a small mosque in front of our building who regularly calls for prayer like any other mosque. the room itself is painted white with the touch of green color . suitable for person looking for serenity in their life. The AirBNB space includes a shared bathroom, a fully-functioning kitchen, and a living room. The listed property is part of my house but shared only with other guests and has its own entrance. In the property, there are three main areas that guests share with each other; living room, kitchen, and bathroom. I live in the property connected to the listing, and I’m reachable through my (Hidden by Airbnb) if you have questions, need assistance, or would like to request for recommendations. a supermarket, a traditional market, coffee shops, small restaurants, and two jogger-friendly parks all within a walking distance. Talk to me for recommendations! If I'm at home I can even walk with you :) You can easily book an online taxicab or bike taxi from the place to get around (let me know if you would like recommendations on what apps might be useful during your stay) from the place. The nearest commuter line stations are Stasiun Tebet and Stasiun Cawang (both are 6-8 minutes ride from the house) There are cats and (sometimes) chicken roaming around the small park in front of the house. They're really pretty and generally make for delightful neighbors but please be careful if you have allergies.
