The Pig Pen is a stylish cabin that has been carefully renovated in a stylish mix of industrial chic, that has undercover outdoor seating in a separate tranquil nook and easy parking. This cabin has style! Think modern and minimalist! Detached, contemporary and secluded - this hideaway has a well-equipped open plan kitchen and dining space with all mod cons, two bedrooms, modern bathroom and outdoor seating with a comfy corner sofa and chaise longue. The cabin is also nice and toasty in winter with heating throughout. The perfect place to getaway and relax. There are magnificent walks in this area including Castle Hill National Nature Reserve, Sheepcote Valley and a children's woodland play area right on the doorstep. A vast selection of pubs and restaurants can also be found within easy reach in Rottingdean and of course, Brighton is only a stone's throw away. Located next to Rottingdean, this unique property offers the opportunity to explore the countryside whilst being under 10 minutes away from the action and buzz of Brighton’s city centre. With the South Downs on the property’s doorstep, this location is a walker’s paradise. Tracks will lead you to glorious landscape of sweeping high backed hills and rolling meadowland that boasts a wonderful range of trails and walks only a short distance away. Enjoy the impressive Beacon Mill and Kipling Gardens – which are all found in the adjacent Rottingdean. If families prefer a quieter beach location than Brighton, look no further than Rottingdean beach! Take your reef shoes, nets and buckets and discover the fascinating rock pools at low tide, teeming with crabs, shrimp and sea urchins!
